The 4 small buildings are pleasantly laid out around a golf course.
The residence has typical features of the Basque country, with half timbering and coloured woodwork. The apartments have terraces and balconies offering an attractive open view of the swimming pool and green. The ground floor apartments open out onto landscaped gardens.
Unwind in the swimming pool with solarium, use the deckchairs and umbrellas (subject to availability), the children's paddling pool and play area.
Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.
Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 on Wednesdays. The reception is closed in April and October.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
In addition to listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen area, 4 ceramic hobs, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace, balcony or loggia with garden furniture. A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

BY ROAD
Paris (650 km) – Bordeaux (73 km) – Toulouse (300 km).
• From Paris or Bordeaux: A10 motorway to Bordeaux. Exit at Lormont, then take the N230 going to Bayonne, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Cenon until you reach Bordeaux. Then take the A630 going to Toulouse, Arcachon and Bayonne, until you reach Pessac.
Follow the A63 to Arcachon, Mont-de-Marsan, Bayonne, St Sébastien, Canéjan and Cestas until you reach Lacanau-de-Mios. Exit at Bassin d’Arcachon and continue on the N250 towards Sanguinet, Biscarrosse. When you reach a large roundabout, follow the signs to the lake ("Lac"). Continue on the Route des Lacs for 4 km. Turn left onto the Avenue du Golf, drive 910 metres and continue on the Avenue de Gascogne.
